1. Subscription plans

Aggos offers three monthly subscription plans, all billed in USD:

• Basic / Foundation — $97/month + one-time setup fee of $497
• Want to Scale — $297/month + one-time setup fee of $847
• Dominate Your Market — $497/month + one-time setup fee of $1,497

Monthly fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. Setup fees are charged once at the time of signup. All prices are exclusive of any applicable local taxes or VAT.

2. Payment methods

We currently accept payment via PayPal, Wise, and Payoneer. Stripe will be available as an additional payment option upon completion of our Wyoming LLC registration. All transactions are processed in USD.

Clients in Australia, the UK, USA, and New Zealand are billed in USD. Currency conversion costs, if any, are borne by the client.

3. No long-term contract

All Aggos plans are month-to-month subscriptions with no binding long-term contract. You may cancel at any time, subject to the notice requirements below.

4. Cancellation notice

To cancel your subscription, you must notify Aggos at least 7 days before your next billing date via any of the following:

Cancellation requests received less than 7 days before the renewal date may result in one final billing cycle charge. Upon confirmation of cancellation, you retain full access to all services until the end of your current paid period.

5. Refund policy

Aggos operates on a performance-based model. As such:

• Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable, except where the conversion rate performance guarantee applies (see Terms & Conditions, Section 5).
• One-time setup fees are non-refundable once project work has commenced.
• If you cancel within 48 hours of initial signup and before any work has begun, you may request a full refund of the setup fee.
• No refunds are issued for ad spend already deployed to Google or Meta platforms, regardless of campaign outcome.
• Approved performance guarantee refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

6. Plan upgrades and downgrades

You may change your plan at any time by contacting your support specialist:

• Upgrades take effect immediately. The difference in plan cost is prorated for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
• Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No credit or refund is issued for the current cycle.

7. Failed payments and suspension

If a payment fails, Aggos will notify you and attempt to reprocess within 5 business days. If the payment remains unresolved after this period, services may be temporarily suspended. Accounts suspended for more than 14 days due to non-payment may be terminated, and associated data may be removed in accordance with our data retention policy.

8. Data after cancellation

Following cancellation, your website files, campaign data, and associated assets will remain accessible and stored for 60 days. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted from our servers. We strongly recommend downloading or migrating your content within this window. Aggos is not liable for any data loss resulting from failure to act within the 60-day period.

9. Termination by Aggos

Aggos reserves the right to terminate a client’s subscription without refund in cases of:

• Persistent non-payment following suspension.
• Material breach of our Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of our services.
• Providing false information during signup or onboarding.

Where possible, we will provide written notice before termination and allow a reasonable period to remedy the issue.
